Abstract

This paper describes the synthesis, self-assembly, and characterization of a new class of highly stable hydrazide-based quadruply hydrogen-bonded heterodimers. All of the hydrazide-derived heterodimers possess the complementary ADDA-DAAD hydrogen- bonding sequences.
