Abstract

Abstract The synthesis of 9-substituted adenine derivatives, containing an unsaturated fragment at the end of the acyclic chain, is described; it consists of the alkylation of adenine salts with unsaturated α-haloethers, tosylates, and epoxides. It was shown that compounds
