Abstract Durch Reduktion von Schwefelkohlenstoff mit Kalium in Dimethylformamid und anschließende Alkylierung erhält man die Isotrithione 2, die sich mit Quecksilber (II)-acetat zu den 1, 3-Dithiol-2-onen 3 entschwefeln lassen. 2a ist auch über mehrere Stufen aus (Methylthio) dithioessigsäure-methylester (6) zugänglich.
