Abstract
The preparation of a number of N-diphenylmethyl-4-alkylpiperidines and N-(9-fluorenyl)-4- alkylpiperidines has been undertaken in order to study the correlation of antitubercular properties and the nature of the 4-alkylpiperidine moiety.
