Abstract
The catalytic coupling of cyclopentene oxide with carbon disulfide has been investigated utilizing (salen) CrCl in the presence of added onium salts. Both polymeric and cyclic materials were produced, with oxygen/sulfur atom scrambling observed in both instances.
