Abstract

Conclusion The fluorescence decay of DPH embedded in small unilamellar vesicles of DPPG, L~ PG, or a mixture of these two phospholipids (80% DPPG, 20% LCXPG) has been studied in the presence of varying concentration of 12-DSME used as fluorescence quencher. The vesicle concentration was held constant. The results have been compared with similar results obtained with pyrene in the present and previous works. All decay ...
