Abstract

Various acetylhydrazones, oxamoylhydrazones and semicarbazones were prepared as candidate anticonvulsants with a view to examining the viability of a putative binding site hypothesis. Atomic charge calculations were undertaken to determine the hydrogen bonding capacities of various molecules.
