Abstract
The preparation of compounds which have certain structural features in common with the hormones of the adrenal cortex, has been reported from time to time.'The nature of the necessary functional groups and the ring system used as a nucleus, in the absence of objective investigations of either, must. be decided on the basis of analogy and empirical information.
