Abstract

... Commun., 1983, 1209-1210. Chemistry of allene sulphoxides: novel transformations of acetylenic alcohols. (Note: The full text of this document is currently only available in the PDF Version ). Ian Cutting and Philip J. Parsons. The preparation and reactions of allenes derived from 1-phenylthio substituted acetylenic alcohols are described; this chemistry offers new routes to allenyl sulphides, acyl anion equivalents, and substituted unsaturated aldehydes.
