Abstract
The palladium-catalyzed amination of aryl halides has been shown to be a general method for the formation of aromatic carbon-nitrogen bonds. 1 However, current versions of this method still suffer from the need for relatively high reaction temperatures (65-100 C) which may pose problems for reactions involving thermally sensitive molecules or in situations where it is inconvenient to heat reactions (eg, combinatorial chemistry applications). 2 ...
