Abstract

Abstract Arsenic trichloride reacts with silicon-nitrogen and silicon-sulphur compounds to give the chlorosilane and corresponding arsenic-nitrogen or arsenic-sulphur compound. Phenylarsenic dichloride reacts in a similar way with silicon-sulphur compounds but not with silicon-nitrogen derivatives.
