Abstract
CONCLUSIONS Considerably more information has been obtained on the scope of the Reppe “aromatization” reaction than was previously available in the literature and some discrepancies have been resolved. In addition to aromatic polymers, a new class of linear oligomers of monosubstituted acetylenes is formed.
