Abstract

Fullerenes play a fundamental role in the development of organic electronics. The relative low cost, ease of functionalization and remarkable electrochemical properties of C 60 has led it to become one of the most used n-type materials for the development of efficient and stable opto-electronic devices, especially for solar cells 1, 1a, 1b, 1c, 1d, 1e, 1f, 1g and 1h and molecular electronic 2, 2a, 2b, 2c, 2d and 2e applications.
