Abstract

Results Preparation of Benzene-o-disulfinic Anhydride. A compound (mp 113-115" C) assigned the structure benzene-o-disulfinic acid (6) has been reported by Hendrickson et alS4 We repeated the preparation of this substance, using a slightly modified route.
