Abstract
Abstract Purpose. Novel tertiary amidomethyl esters were synthesized and evaluated as potential prodrugs of carboxylic acid agents. Methods. The hydrolyses of the title compounds in buffer solutions and in plasma were studied by UV spectroscopy and HPLC. Results.
