Abstract

Density data for dimethyldichlorosilane (DDS) and for methyltrichlorosilane (MTS), which were used severd years ago to lay the foundation for a successful routine method to aid in controlling chlorosilane distillation, are given below. There appear to be no comparable earlier published data.
