Abstract

We report a facile synthesis of bifunctional phospholipid conjugates by acylation of N- protected lyso-phosphatidylethanolamine with 12-acryloxy-1-dodecanoic acid and followed with deprotection and conjugation with biotin, FITC, Texas Red, or EMC groups.
