Abstract: A new class of unsymmetrical organotitanium (IV) and organozirconium (IV) complexes of biologically potent ligands derived from heterocyclic ketones and semicarbazide hydrochloride and 2-hydroxy-N-phenyl benzamide have been prepared by the microwave irradiations.
