Abstract

Abstract The addition of dimethylamine and dimethylphosphine, respectively, to (CH 3) 3 SiCH CH 2,(CH 3) 2 Si (CH CH 2) 2, and (C 6 H 5) 2 Si (CH CH 2) 2 in the presence of LiN (CH 3) 2 or LiP (CH 3) 2 as catalyst has been investigated. The addition to the methylvinylsilanes gives the 2-amino-, and 2-phosphinoethyl derivatives in high yields (> 80%), while with (C 6 H 5) 2 Si (CH CH 2) 2 a vigorous polymerization occurs. The ...
