Abstract
Abstract-N-Arylalkylpiperidones and N-arylalkylspiroepoxypiperidine as potential intermediates for 4—anilidbpiperidine analgesics and their structural analogues have been efficiently synthesized from the simple arylalkylamines by two and three step sequences respectively.
