Abstract

In this work, the phase equilibria of binary amphiphilic-water systems are studied, where the amphiphilic molecule is composed of a cationic (A+) and an anionic (A-) surfactant in equimolar ratio, and the inorganic counterions are eliminated (catanionic surfactant).
