Abstract

Abstract Three new peptide analogs 5a-c were obtained through coupling of 5-Amino benzimidazoles 2a-c with L-phenylalanine. For the purpose-amino group was blocked with phthalic anhydride and activation of-carboxy group of phenylalanine was carried out by preparing phthaloyl-L-phenylalanyl chloride 4.
