Abstract

Materials and Methods. Synthesis of CI4-Labeled Thiabendazole.-Starting material for the synthesis of thiabendazole labeled with C14 in the benzene ring portion of the molecule was uniformly ring-labeled anilines (I). Bniline hydrochloride reacted smoothly with oxalyl chloride in boiling benzene to give ox-anilide7 (11).
