Abstract

As part of a program to develop dopamine D4 antagonists for the treatment of schizophrenia, we discovered a series of 6-and 7-(phenylpiperazinyl)-and-(phenylpiperidinyl) methylbenzoxazinones through mass screening of our compound library.
