Abstract
Novel aminoquinoline b-aminoalcohol and oxazolidinone derivatives were designed, synthesized, and evaluated for in vitro antiplasmodial activity against a chloroquine- sensitive (3D7) and chloroquine-resistant (K1) strains of Plasmodium falciparum.
