Abstract

Herein, we describe the synthesis and structure–activity relationships of dehydroaltenusin derivatives as inhibitors of a mammalian DNA polymerase α. We have newly synthesized nine dehydroaltenusin derivatives modified at the side chains or benzoquinone moiety.
