Abstract
Acridines are potent DNA-intercalating anticancer agents with high in vivo anticancer effectiveness, but also severe side effects. We synthesized five 9-anilinoacridine-type drugs and their conjugates with biocompatible water-soluble hydrazide polymer carrier.
