Abstract
Fumonisins are mycotoxins produced by Fusarium moniliforme (Sheldon) and other related fungi that are common contaminants of corn and other grains throughout the world. The circular dichroism (CD) exciton chirality method was applied to determine the absolute configuration of the terminal part of the backbone of fumonisins.
