Abstract
The synthesis of two deoxyoligonucleotides, d (GTGAGTTAGCTCAC) and d (GTGAGCTAACTCAC), corresponding to the DNA binding site for cyclic AMP receptor protein is reported. These syntheses have been completed in milligram quantities using a silica gel polymer support methodology and mononucleotide phosphoramidites.
