Abstract
Aug., 1948 DIETHYLISOPROPOXYHALOGENOSILANES AND HYDROLYSIS PRODUCTS 2807 ... (1 : 1) were placed in a one-liter flask. To this was added with rapid stimng, 320 g. (2 moles) of 1-(n-butoxy)ethyl acetate over a period of fifty-five minutes. The tempera- ture was maintained at 10-20' by means of an ice- bath.
