Abstract

The third-order nonlinear optical properties and electric memory behavior of azobenzene polymers were influenced by different substituents. The nonlinear optical coefficients of polymer films measured using the Z-scan technique revealed that the polymers with different substituents exhibited different nonlinear absorption.
