Abstract

Abstract Thermolyses of dicyclohexyl carbonyl peroxide have been performed in organic solutions of t-butyl pent-4-enyl peroxide or t-butyl perpent-4-enoate in order to study the induced decomposition by cyclohexyl radicals of these peroxides. Induced decomposition of cyclohexylcarbonyl pent-4-enoyl peroxide and pent-4-enyl cyclohexylpercarboxylate has also been studied.
