Abstract

In pursuit of radiolabeled monoclonal antibodies (mAbs) with rapid urinary excretion of radioactivity from nontarget tissues, radioiodinated mAbs releasing a m-iodohippuric acid from the mAbs in nontarget tissues were designed.
