Abstract
A number of thioureas and their phenyl and sulphanilyl13 derivatives are found to possess a definite in vitro antitubercular activity and the outstanding tuberculostatic properties of TV, N'- di-(pn-butoxyphenyl)-thioureas2~ 5) has considerably revived the interest in thioureas derivatives.
