Abstract
Diazirines are of key importance for photoaffinity labeling (PAL), a technique used for covalently linking noncovalently binding molecules in a bioorthogonal manner by irradiation at about 360 nm.[1, 2] After separation and identification, the covalent adducts are to be analyzed by mass spectrometry.
