Abstract

Nitrogen-doped TiO2 was synthesized by a simple wet method using a nitrogen precursor hydrazine hydrate and nano TiO2. This photocatalyst was characterized by X-ray diffraction, high-resolution transmission electron microscopy, diffused reflectance spectra, photoluminescence, and X-ray photoelectron spectroscopy.
