Abstract

The corresponding acrylates or methacrylates have been obtained in moderate or high yields by pyrolyzing tetrahydrofurfuryl cu-acetoxypropio-nates and the P-meth~ xyethyl~ and p-phenoxyethyl4 esters of a-acetoxyisobutyric acid.
