Abstract

By reaction of the 1, 2-diaminobenzene derivatives la4 with the phosphonoyl dichlorides 2a3, the 1, 3-dihy-dro-l, 3, 2-benzodiazaphosphol-2-ones 4aq are obtained. The phosponoyl dichlorides 2a+, 2g, and 2h yield wlth naphthalene-1 &diamines (5) the diazaphosphinones 6a-g under similar reaction conditions. The thiazaphosphole oxides 9a-d are accessible by reaction of the phosphonoyl dichlorides 2a-d with 2-aminobenzenethiol (7). Unexpectedly, ...
