Abstract

Abstract We have synthesized naphthaldehyde–carbonohydrazone (NC) and naphthaldehyde–thiocarbonohydrazone (NTC) Schiff base ligands by the condensation reaction of 2-hydroxy naphthaldehyde with urea and thiourea, respectively.
