Abstract

Results Chemistry. The general structure of@-adrenergic antagonists of the aromatic ether type is aryl-OCH2CHOHCH2NH-alkyl. While compounds with various aromatic residues were found active, the alkyl group has to be secondary or tertiary to obtain a fully active compound. 14
