Abstract

Abstract: In the present investigation, a series of 3, 6-disubstituted-1, 2, 4-triazolo-1, 3, 4- thiadiazole derivatives (6a-t) were synthesized and evaluated for their anticonvulsant activity and neurotoxicity. The structures of synthesized compounds were confirmed on the basis of their elemental analysis and spectral data results.
