Abstract
Cyanamides (RR′N–C N) are important intermediates in the synthesis of herbicides 1 and key precursors in the synthesis of N-alkyl or N-aryl imides. 2 They also exhibit apparent tumor growth inhibition activity 3 except for being a sole synthetic intermediate.
