Abstract

299-330. spontaneously hypertensive male rats, 35 to 39 weeks of age, were used. They were anesthetized with pentobarbital (45 mg/kg intraperitoneally). Blood pressure was measured in the carotid artery and was recorded with a Statham pmure transducer.
