Abstract

Summary 1. The chlorination of octamethylcyclotetrasiloxane and hexamethyldisiloxane is described. 2. The preparation and properties of heptamethylchloromethylcyclotetrasiloxane, dimethyldichloromethylsilanol and tetramethyl-lJ-bis-dichloromethyldisiloxane are reported. 3.
