Abstract

Abstract The structure of triacetonediurea has been found to be 6, 6′-spirobis-(2-oxo- dimethylhexahydropyrimidine). Generally, they can be prepared from divinyl ketones and carbamides or thiocarbamides in acid or alkaline solution.
