Abstract

Abstract A new approach to 3-(arylthio) indoles and related compounds has been developed, based on the reactions of aryl Grignard reagents or lithiated heteroaromatics with a phenylsulfonyl-protected 3, 3′-bis (indolyl) disulfide.
