Abstract

Abstract Analogues of the antivirals (2S)-9-(3-hydroxy-2-phosphonylmethoxypropyl) adenine (Ia) and 9-(2-phosphonylmethoxyethyl) adenine (Ib), modified in the alkyl chain, are described.
