Abstract

Abstract Various 1-substituted cyclopentylamines (25 examples, 10–89% yield) have been prepared according to a one-pot procedure by the addition of tetramethylenebismagnesium dibromide in the presence of Ti (OiPr) 4 to aliphatic, aromatic and heteroaromatic nitriles, respectively.
