Abstract
Special tetrasubstituted pyridazines are potent fungicides by promoting the tubulin polymerisation, hereby disrupting the microtubule dynamics in the fungus. They are monocyclic analogs of similar substituted triazolopyrimidines and pyridopyrazines with the same mode of action.
