Abstract

Boron Schiff base complexes of the type (AcO) 2 B (SB) and (AcO) 2 B (SBH)[where SB-and SBH-represent the anions of monofunctional bidentate and bifunctional tridentate Schiff bases having the donor systems N-OH and HO-N-OH respectively] have been synthesized by the interaction of boric acid with the Schiff bases in acetic anhydride medium.
